Canapé  Starter  Amuse-Bouche  Main   Cheese   Dessert

Canapés to be served during cocktails:

Magret in hoisin sauce with roasted coconut
Paté on spiced bread with caramelized apples
Chicken saté skewers
Mini wrap with smoked salmon and cucumber
Mini wrap with Serrano ham and roasted pepper
Puff Pastry with goat cheese, nuts, and honey (v)
Spiced beef samosas
Crab cakes with lime and chili salsa
Meatballs with sweet and sour sauce
Quiche with 4 cheeses (v)
Sautéed prawns in garlic aioli
Skewer with mozzarella, dried tomato, olive, with pesto (v)
Foie gras mi-cuit with fresh fig
Fresh roasted fig with goat cheese (v)

Some of the above choices are already vegetarian (v) and many are easy to transform to a vegetarian alternative.
For example: Saté with seitan; mini wrap with fresh vegetables and cucumber dressing; spiced vegetable samosas.
